Helpful to include: device and OS version, app version (Settings → About) and a short description of what happened.

Cancel a subscription: in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or on Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
Restore a purchase: in the app under Settings → Plan & Billing → “Restore Purchases”.
Right of withdrawal: see Withdrawal information.

Wrong or inappropriate AI result: report it directly in the app with the flag next to the result.
